Change Ticket and Luggage

Can I change the date of a ticket to a future date? How can I get my luggage to my destination if I have over the one piece of luggage that is accepted?

Need to Load Chinese Health Code on my Mobile Phone

Dear Sir/Madam,
I need to satisfy the requirements to board an airplane bound for Shanghai:
Tuesday, 02AUG 2022 DEPART Seattle
DELTA 287 11:55pm

Arrive SHANGHAI-PUDONG1
6:10am
Thursday 4 August 2022
I have a copy of my vaccination Card, a residence permit and visa to visit my wife in Qingyuan, Guangdong Province.
Is there a Clinic run by Chinese medical staff near the SEATAC airport who can give me a PCR test and help me load the health code on my mobile phone?

To load a health code, you have to install WeChat or Alipay. Log in it and search for "health code" and choose the option for the foreign. Enter your Passport or ID. Some of the people in the big city in China as Shanghai know some English. You can also ask them for help.

People with Q2 visas are currently not allowed to visit China.

Well, as I know, the ticket service has already suspended because of the virus situation.
